American Racing® introduces New Predadtor Wheel in ATX® Off-Road & Lifted Truck Collection

Long time American performance and off-road wheel leader American Racing® announced sizes and finishes for the release of it’s new Predator wheel as part of the superheated ATX Collection of off-road and lifted-truck aftermarket wheels.
Chris Anderson, American Racing’s ATX® Brand Manager, discussed the Predator style release as part of American’s strategy of offering wheels designed and engineered specifically for the unique fitments, performance standards and durability requirements of off-road and lifted-truck enthusiasts, “Predator was designed by off-road enthusiasts, for off-road enthusiasts,” Anderson said, “this is no wanna-be, the Predator looks like a truck wheel should look.”
The AR Predator is a race-inspired six-spoke design featuring a deeper dish bowl center with a rugged mechanical look which maximizes spoke length. The design features simulated bead lock treatment, and as with all American Racing® truck wheels, comes with AR’s legendary engineering and testing.
Predator will be available in February in 16x8” (0 mm offset/4.5” backspace) and 17x8.5” (-6mm offset/4.5” backspace & +15mm offset/5.375” backspace), in a machined/clear coated finish (Series #1065), coated with Teflon® (Series #3965) and Chrome Plated (Series #6065).
