Why this car?: This car was restored by my father and I as a Father/Son project in 2010, and passed down to me in 2011 as a High School graduation gift.

What got you into muscle cars?: I've been around muscle cars all my life. It sort of runs in the family, my father and uncles had numerous Mustangs and Mopars growing up. The appreciation for classic muscle cars has been passed down to me.

What’s your earliest memory of muscle cars?: My earliest memory of muscle cars is riding around in this Mustang at 4 years old. I can remember sitting in the Passenger's seat and only being able to look at the clock in the dash, because I wasn't tall enough to see over the dash!

How many cars have you built?: One, so far.

How long have you owned this car? I have owned this car for 4 years. My father owned it for 26 years, before passing it down to me! I am extremely proud that this particular car has stayed in my family for 30 years and hope to pass it down to a son or daughter in the future.

What does American Racing Wheels mean to you and why did you choose our wheels?: To me, American Racing Wheels means "vintage". In other words, never forgetting about the different styles and eras of the past. I chose American Racing Wheels, because I knew I wanted a wheel that grabbed attention, but also "fit" aesthetically with the car.

Any future plans for the current car?: EFI, Refresh motor and install larger camshaft

Do you have a hot rod bucket list?: As in a list of hot rods I hope to build and own? Yes, I do! 1969 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 Convertible, 1962-64 Ford Galaxie 500 Convertible, 1964 Ford Fairlane Thunderbolt, 1957 Ford Thunderbird Convertible, 1957 Ford Country Squire Wagon, 1951 Ford "Woody" Wagon, 1964 Lincoln Continental Convertible, 1968 Ford Mustang "Bullitt", 1970-71 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda, 1969-72 Plymouth Roadrunner, and a 1955 Porsche 550 Spyder!
